Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final once a project has commenced. We do not offer refunds for services that have been delivered, partially completed, or for time already invested in the project.


2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet started and you request a cancellation within 48 hours of payment.
  • We are unable to deliver the service due to internal constraints or unforeseen issues.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@webwizards.com within 7 days of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the project has started
  • Delays caused by the client, such as lack of communication or failure to provide required materials
  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after approval of work or milestones
  • Digital products or downloadable resources

4. Project-Based Services
For fixed-price or milestone-based projects, refunds may be issued for the unworked portion of the project if cancellation is agreed upon mutually before delivery.


5. Subscription Services
For monthly retainer or subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
  • Future billing will cease after cancellation is confirmed
